Dr. Donnie Neal

Dr. Donnie Neal, Founder and COO of Impact Network established this Organization in 2012 as a small outreach ministry that has blossomed into a garden of empowerment for Baltimore City. He has contributed to the transformation in various communities throughout Baltimore City. He is committed to seeing a change for better throughout our beautiful city.

Pastor Tisha Fox

Tisha Fox is the Current CEO and has been with the Organization since its Birth. pasyGox leads the company with great integrity and vision. Her passion for community is unmatched. She looks forward to taking Impact Network to the next level
